Outright Purchase

Minimum of 30% equity and balance payable within 6months
Upfront payment or payment within 90days for all lands

Payment Plan

  • OPIC Advantage: Minimum of 30% equity and balance spread over 18months with 5% interest rate
  • OPIC Mortgage: This is a payment plan carried out in partnership with mortgage banking partners and allows a qualified buyer pay over a 20-year period on attractive terms
