Users on this platform are expected to have an account with us before any transaction can be carried out; this is to enable us serve you better!

• Existing users would be required to provide their �Email Address� or �Phone Number� & �Password� submitted during registration for Login.
• New users would go through the registration process. (Remember, registration is a one-time process and requires a valid mail address or phone number for confirmation of identity).

2. COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE

In order for us to make your experience on this platform cozy, we would require that you update your details on the �Profile� Tab after a successful login to your Client Area.

Please note that completing your profile does not stand-in for purchase of Application Form and likewise Property.

3. PURCHASE APPLICATION FORM

To purchase an OPIC Application Form of any Property of your choice, do the following:

• Navigate to �FORMS� Tab in your Client Area.
• Select the �Buy Application Form� button.
• Select your preferred Property and Payment Plan. (Payment Plan could either be Outright i.e. Payment will be completed within a 6-month period OR Advantage/Mortgage i.e. Payment will be spread across 3 years or as long as 20 years ).
• Complete this process by making a payment of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) for the Application Form with your Card (Mastercard, Verve, Visacard, PayPal, American Express).

4. COMPLETE APPLICATION FORM

After successfully making the payment, the application form for which you paid is enabled, giving you the privilege to complete the form. Kindly provide genuine information that would aid us process your request seamlessly.

On completion, ensure that you submit the Application and be rest assured that our Business Development Unit will contact you promptly. Afterwards, an offer letter will be prepared in your name.

If your payment plan option is the OPIC Advantage/Mortgage, you can manage your monthly payments and check status from your account.
