The redevelopment of Gateway Annex involved the demolition of the seventeen (17) dilapidated pre-existing structures, the re-modelling of the restaurant and the development of Sixty (60) new structures to create new apartments and supporting facilities within Sixty (60) days.

In order to expedite the process and reduce cost, we relied heavily on technology particularly the use of aluminium formwork and poured concrete for 70% of the structures.
